ALL ANIMALS MUST HAVE CURRENT VACCINATIONS UP TO DATE
THE CARDS MUST BE PROVIDED TO US WHEN BRINGING YOUR PET TO STAY AT OUR BOARDING KENNELS OR CATTERIES.
These cards will be returned to the owners at the time of collection.
**All cancellations must be done at least 1 week prior the start of the booking.
Otherwise a $30 cancellation fee will be charged**
General Information
Menagerie Dog Kennels & Cattery

Saturdays we are closed to the public for pickups and drop offs. Pets already staying with us on a Friday will stay on Saturday as usual.

All dogs are exercised at least three times a day out in the grass yards or even when its wet we still take them out so that they can stretch their legs.

We feed once a day in the evening normally or if you wish you can bring your own dog food for extra meal or treats. There is no reduction in the daily rate if you bring your own food.

We are happy to administer any medication your pet may require for a small daily fee. We are also affiliated with various vets for any emergencies.

We are happy to have long term stays, please contact us directly regarding this.

When you are booked in for 14 nights or more in our kennels get a complimentary bath before your pooch is collected.

We will require you to leave a contact personal details while you are away in case of an emergency.

If we have a unwell dog we will contact you directly or your contact person for collection.

Due to ensuring the well being of your pet and any other animals that are with us, all animals must be fully up-to-date with their vaccinations, flea/worm treatments.

We adhere to a strict policy that all pets must have had current vaccinations no less than 10 days prior to their stay.
We will refuse entry to any animal that falls outside these rules.
